1. Keywords
The first step we take to position a site is to research thoroughly all keywords that visitors use to find such a service. These words are what the user will typically type in the search box.
Take as an example the site for a flower shop: A user would enter into a search engine words such as "flowers", "branch of roses," "gifts enterprise", "send flowers", in this case these would be the keywords in where the campaign would be oriented.

Keywords examples: "Flowers Chicago," "Chicago branch of roses", "enterprise gifts Chicago," "send flowers Chicago"
Compared to the 246 million search results that we obtained through "Flowers" on Google, the search for "Chicago Flowers" get 475,000. This is a number that can provide results in a shorter time and with a greater chance of success.
However, there is still competition against 475,000 websites, where many of them will also be developing SEO campaigns.
2. Factors affecting the positioning of a site
The factors involved making Google or any other search engine position certain websites with higher priority than others are extensive and not fully disclosed. Below is a list of the most common factors SEO services has encountered.
2.1 Content
The content of the site must refer to the products it offers.
Search engines "read" within the content of the site and "see" what they are attempting to find. Therefore the more information regarding the sites purpose that is placed in the website, the better. Extensive descriptions of products for example, “bouquets of roses”, “sending flowers” are extremely important for the websites success. For this reason, one of the first moves in a campaign is to add content to the website, perhaps new sections or even extensions of existing texts.
2.2 Optimization of programming
In most cases, during the design and programming process of websites, there is some data left behind that can influence the way search engine indexes the site. Some of these lost items are: description in pictures, names of image files with reference to the contents, title pages, file names, HTML, flash files description, and so on.
In all cases, where a positioning campaign begins, it’s mandatory to do a SITE OPTIMIZATION.
This service can even be offered individually, but without it we cannot guarantee good results for the future campaign.
2.3 Links and related sites
Another factor affecting SEO is the amount of pages that refer to the website.
The search engine will "read" how many sites have links to the customer site and based on that will raise its position in the results. For this reason, one of the tasks is to GENERATE REFERENCES in multiple places that link to your website.
2.4 Time since website is online
If the site has been online a long time the search engine will give a slightly better ranking, as appropriate, which will help to get a better positioning.
3. Duration of a campaign (*)
An SEO campaign may vary its duration based on the complexity of it.
In an average campaign, the first results can be seen during the third or fourth month. It is possible to see results in a shorter time but for optimal results we recommend at least a six month minimum commitment to the campaign.
During the campaign we will continue to work on the site, generating references to external sites, positioning content, analyzing the competition, analyzing results from Google Analytics (explained below), and so on.
Once the goals are reached, it is advised to continue the campaign in order to keep the site in its position.
Remember, other competing companies are attempting to fill up the position that has been achieved.
Complex keywords may lead a campaign to delay at least a year to generate results. It is advised to be realistic and patient.
4. Objectives
The goal is always to position the site in the first place; unfortunately there are uncertainties due to a number of factors affecting the task, making it impossible to assure any position.
Each project will have its own target based on its complexity and duration. However, we can ensure that the site will be located between the first 20 results in each of the keywords chosen.
4.1 Guidance to search engines
While there are an enormous number of search engines on the network the two most important are Google and Yahoo, and much of the rest of the search engines derived from the big two. Therefore, when it comes to positioning, it is important to be located in one or preferable both of the major search engines.
The cost of the campaign may also vary if you want to position the site in both search engines.
5. Monitoring (**)
Each month we give our clients a ‘traffic report’ on your site. We know and respect how important it is for you to understand and to be involved with the progress of your sites success.
Depending on your comfort ability level, you may be given access to tools from Google Analytics that enables constantly monitoring site traffic.
6. Flash Sites
The sites developed entirely in flash or with great content in flash introduce extra difficulty while positioning. Strangely, the search engines cannot "read" within Flash movies. In these cases, we have to implement a series of alternative measures.
These sites can be positioned but each campaign must be analyzed individually to discuss how to proceed.
7. Payment Method
As noted above, positioning is performed in campaigns for medium or long term, that’s why we ask for an initial payment for the cost of OPTIMIZATION SITE as described in point 2.1 and 2.2 and then monthly payments until the campaign ends. Each site must be budgeted individually after an analysis of keywords and the structure of the site.
